Our history
The MtC group is a French company and the result of the combination of the experiences of two companies specializing in electrical cabling activities and business services for more than thirty years.
With 4 production sites in France and 2 abroad, our company is undergoing rapid change in France and internationally.
Each establishment having its own characteristics and skills, MtC intervenes throughout the value chain in order to provide its clients with new services and solutions which can range from complete project management to turnkey delivery (from electrical engineering, prototyping/series lead, small and medium series production up to installation and commissioning).
MtC’s vocation is to support the development of its clients in increasingly fast-paced environments where adaptability and ingenuity are part of everyday life.
Working on behalf of major clients in industry, aeronautics, rail, defense and medicine, the group is undergoing rapid change and is seeking to expand its team.
Missions
Reporting to the production manager, you check the conformity of his electrical devices.
In details :
- Select and adapt the test station necessary for product control
- Carry out the positioning and connection of the equipment to the test equipment
- Define and execute procedures/checklist according to the specifications charges
- Locate the cause of breakdowns or operating anomalies
- List the deviations from the expected parts (Quantitative, Dimensional, Appearance…)
- Complete a control sheet including observations and measurement records
- In the event of an anomaly detected, notify the operator (cabler/fitter) causing the problem. the latter, and manage the compliance of the product
- Ensure adjustment, routine maintenance and periodic inspection of test stations.
- Close or have production orders closed and issue delivery notes (depending on the site)
- Tidy up, clean and organize your work environment
- Archive documents in the computer system according to established rules
Required profile
You have a BAC, BTS or License in Electrical Engineering and ideally a first successful experience in the field of electricity (internship / work-study program for example).
You are known for your dynamism, your rigor and your initiative

Hours: Annualization of working time – Average 37h30/week
Location: Questembert
Remuneration: Hourly rate €13/h, with 2.5 hours increased at 25% per week + €9 TR/day worked
